Sworn is an on-device accountability planner provided for personal use. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The app is provided on an "as is" basis.
Your goals, tasks, notes, and financial data are yours. They stay on your device. We cannot access them, read them, or share them. If you delete the app, your data is gone.
If you choose to connect a bank account, transaction data is fetched and stored entirely on your device. We do not see, store, or transmit this data. The open banking connection is governed by your bank's terms and the relevant regulatory framework.
You agree not to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind. Sworn is a planning tool, not financial or medical advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the app's output.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
